How to cook :
- Put Shanghai noodle in the bowl full of water for 15 minutes. Then set aside.
- Set the pot with water, wait until boiling, take the noodle that is already soaked in water. Boil in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Spoon up and set aside.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add the meat and eggs, add the sauce and boiled noodles to the pan. Mash together.
- Add vegetables or other ingredients as you like, then stir until done. Turn off the heat and scoop. Serve immediately!
